"Sony" I miss you very much

All my work in this blog is dedicated my lovely dog "sony". We brought it at its 4 th day after birth.
Its mother and all other mates died because of poisoning by government corporation officials.
It lived with our family for 14 years. It was our family member for 14 years. I lost it 6 months back. I felt like I lost a brother. Of course it was my brother. It died due to old age problems. Doctors consoled me that it had reached its maximum age no need to worry much. need to be strong. In my life I learnt a lot from this dog. I came to know what is real friendship. Its memories will always kill me like any anything.
I pray god to send my 'sony' as my child. "Sony I miss you very much"

Remote control servicing.

Hi All,
It is very easy to service a remote control.
In order to check whether problem is with remote or TV, you only need a remote checkker, a small devise. Just plug the remote chekker in to electric point and operate the remote. If remote is working and sending signal tehn the led in the remote chekker will produce light and also give a "Krr...Krr" sound. If you dont have remote checker not a problem, even if you have a mobile phone(having camera option) with that also you can check remote. For doing that you only have to need is to switch on the camera option and operate the remote in front of pthone camera lense, if the remote is working you can see a light.
Once if you are cinformed that remote is not working , then check for the batteries. Try to operate other remote using same batteries. If you have spare batteries check the remote after inserting new batteries.
If remote is not working with new batteries, now this is the time to open t remote.
See if there are any dry solders, or any oily content collected on contact points. For clarity clean the board with thinner liquid.
Now if there are no dry solders , just replace the crystal oscilator. This crystal osilator is very sensitive and many if you drop remotes, this can get spoiled. Now it should work other wise ,
replace with IR-generator (It appears like a LED but ii is not LED, Please DONT replace LED for this).
Now you have done what ever possible things you can do.
As my experience After replacing crystal it should work.

After all these the remote is not working means please advise the customer to buy new one.

Hi Kumar,

Long time did not hear from you. I would like to know if the CRT ebook that you have posted in your blog belongs to Mr Humphrey? If it yes then i suggest that you take it down because giving other people ebook for free is unethical. This is his hard work (whether you like him or not) and i hope you can consider taking it down. Thanks!

Hi Mr. Jestineyong,
As I am an editor of a Technical magazine I surely Know it is un-ethical as well as illegal to post somebody's e-book or any other resources.Absolutely there is no relation between my e-care's e-book to any other e book.
Also I want to tell you with respect is, the field of electronics is loosing technical candidates
off late due to the complex nature of this profession.
so my total idea is to make the knowledge of this electronics troubleshooting as the open source. We are earning through servicing and we learnt from seniors and very low cost books. But after seeing the cost of the e-books I strongly got astonished. they are very costly. Even we don't pay for printing also.I have seen many e book's contents also, where there is no match between cost and the content.
Thats why I decided to make all the electronics knowledge as open source.
I know it may disturb somebody's business. But, I am no where related to that.
Because as they have right to sell their knowledge even I posses right give my Knowledge at free of cost.
As this is the conversation is related to my blog I want this should be transparent and in order to make these conversation transparent I am publishing this in the blog also.
Thanks and regards

Don't play with mother earth

Japan is now paralyzed. One of its part ruined in the water. Thousands lost their lives. It has left un-consolable pain in the entire humankind. But, in this crucial we need to think standing at another point. They played with nature. They made a historical mistake by depending on the nuclear power for the growth of the country. They lost it an a single day.
The main basic rule is science is a part of nature but nature is part of science.
Japanese after knowing the hazardous character of atomic energy they built surplus nuclear reactors. Now it is coming to light that the precautions were very minimum.
It is a lesson to mankind which is trying to play with mother nature.
'Hey man to whom you are challenging?' this is the mother nature's question.

No EHT , power supply OK

In this case check horizontal out put transistor, horizontal driver transistor and the related components in the h-out section. Some time after replacing H out transistor if it goes once again then the culprit will be LOT. Many times driver transformer may be faulty.
