Wednesday morning all who have made a request will receive e-book

Hi All,

As I have already received 341 requests for the e-book it gives me an intense pleasure to send the e-book and also I want to tell all the blog readers that my e-book is product of my own effort. There is no link between any other e-books to my e-book.
